Hi doctor ,my baby is 2 mnths 28 days old his weight is 5 kgs .He is spitting up curdled milk and lots of thick saliva .He also drools a lot .He gets gastric problems (gassy). I was recommend to give aristrozyme and Domstal baby .Can I give it together?? How much ml each and please tell me when should I give . He is on bf.He is also taking DEKSEL vitamin d at 2:30 pm in after noon.

Continue deksel.
Episodes of gassy & spitting are normal need no treatment.
Do burping after every feed.
Don't feed in lying down position
