If your child is having a seasonal cough-like allergic rhinitis then it's better to give zrycold - 5 ml twice a day
If he's having flu-like symptoms then give Wikoryl-AF 5 ml twice a day

✅ 1. Wikoryl AF Syrup:
• Contents: Chlorpheniramine + Phenylephrine
• Use: Runny nose, sneezing, nasal congestion
• Effect: Good for blocked nose and watery discharge
• Drowsiness: May cause mild sleepiness (due to chlorpheniramine)
✅ 2. Zyrcold Syrup:
• Contents: Cetirizine + Phenylephrine
• Use: Allergic cold, runny nose, nasal stuffiness
• Effect: Works well for allergic rhinitis or seasonal cold
• Drowsiness: Less sedating than Wikoryl

Both will work depending upon the type of cough. Allergic cough go for zrycold while cough associated with cold symptoms go for wikoryl af. Better to consult a doctor with specific symptoms rather than self prescribing.
