Medicine doubt. Is this normal or what?

I'm female 32. I tested positive on 20th May. Now taking tablets Doxycycline, paracetamol, pantoprozole 40mg, tap- methylprednisolone 8mg, cap becosules zinc (morning and night)with doctor advise. Then for 2days I'm suffering from nose weight and pain inside nose. because of this I feel my head eyes is heavy.. so doctor prescribed nosikind 0.1% drops for 2times daily and chymoral forte tablet for 3days morning and night.. Yesterday I was fine. Today again feeling same. I'm very sacred about black fungus. Plz reply. I'm not a diabetic and not hospitalized. Why my nose is like that?? Because of this I can't do any work.. I'm not able to be free. Nose is heavy and inside pain. My eyes and head also mild pain is there. What is the reason.. is this normal or what?
