Doctor gave me some medicine tablets for runny nose... 1.alerid10mg 2.allegra-M 3.signeflam.. Plz tell when these tablets should be taken. Without food or with food?mor.night or in both...

Ideally alerid and Allegra M should not be combined and either one of them needs to be taken. Allegra M needs to be taken once per day after food. Alerid needs to be taken twice daily after food. Signoflam needs to be taken twice daily after food
