Toothpaste Vantej is for Sensitivity. You need to apply at least twice a day. After application try not to rinse for 10-15min with normal water. Then after yo u can rinse it thoroughly.
Mouthwash u have used at least 3-4times a day in 1:1ratio with Normal water.
