For immediate at-home relief - start a warm salt water rinse to be done 5-8 times a day. A gum astringent can also be placed on the swollen gums but I would advice a consent with your gynaecologist before using this since we do not know your thorough medical history. Since you are in the second trimester- it is considered safe to have a teeth cleaning done. In light of the pandemic however visit the dentist only if at- home measures are not giving you complete relief.

Warm salt water gargle if you have no high blood pressure, if blood pressure high then don't use salt in the process.
Maintain oral hygiene.
