Medicine coming out via urine
I take Bacopa 1.25 gm per day. I drink a lot of water with adequate amount of glucose. But if I don't take enough water and sleep, I will not urinate with color less urine but dark yellowish golden urine. Does it mean, all my dosage has came out with urine without being used by my body? Believing it to be true, I checked my urine amount and it was golden yellowish in color. It was 350 ml. How is it possible for 1.25 gm Bacopa to release itself in this much amount of urine?
