You are having joint pain. You should take a painkiller. But both these medicines are antidepressants. So it is better to consult with a Psychiatrist before taking either of them.

Kindly tell the cause of the pain? Is it neuropathic? Is it because of injury? Is it due to osteoarthritis?? Gabapentin and duloxetine both are used in neuropathic pain. But they are anticonvulsant drugs. So should be taken on doctor's advice. Kindly consult for your problem.
