Sir/Ma'am, Can we take Vertin 16 for BPPV and meniere's disease .Ongoing Telma 20 ,readings are avg 130 or 135/80 ,120/80 .Are there any side effects .Please guide.Regards

For BPPV acute symptom control Stemetil is better. But not for more than 3 days. Ideally positii  test to be done and if needed correction also. Later exercises. Not good to take these meds. Meneiers disease needs proper evaluation to confirm diagnosis and need other dietery modificatiina and drugs too.

For BPPV no need of vertin It needs positional mauevre..not medications. For Menieres proven, u can take vertin 48mg od for 3 months and then reduce. Take care
