Medication consumption instruction neede

My siter have been diagnosed with mild ovarian Cyst. And doctor have given below three medicine for 7days course. Can you please help me understand when and how i should be taking the below medications. 1. Doxycycline and Lactic Acid Bacillus Capsules Doxy-1 L-Dr Forte : before or after food consumption?? In prescription its mentioned 1-0-1 does, if correct this to be taken one in morning and one in night? 2. Pantoprazole Gastro-resistant and Domperidone Prolonged Release Capsules IP : before or after food consumption?? In prescription its mentioned 1-0-0 does, if correct this to be taken only in morning? 3. Metronidazole Tablets 400mg : before or after food consumption?? In prescription its mentioned 1-1-1 does, if correct this to be taken one in morning , one in after noon and one in night??
