You need a certificate from a mbbs doctor who has done an AFIH course. He may refer you to an orthopedic doctor for persual. Get in touch with him.

If you need a physical fitness certificate you would need to consult a MBBS doctor and for mental fitness a psychiatrist or a clinical psychologist
