Medical fitness certificate in Mumbai

Asked for Male, 18 Years

I urgently need a general medical fitness certificate from an MBBS doctor in Mumbai. It is for my job internship. Please if any MBBS doctor in Mumbai can provide it. If you know a doctor who can provide it, please answer as well. It just takes few minutes to give. It can be given on a regular slip as well. I can visit you anytime. Please respond/help.
