I have completed 7 days Antibiotic dose as given by dr for fever and cold symptoms , now I have completed my dose , having no fever from 6 days but my tongue is coated and have taste problem.Sometimes I feel heaviness in head ,Should I have to take any medicine for the symptoms.

For coating toung Take Becozyme C forte 1 tab daily for 10 days Drink plenty of fluids ORS nimbu pani , chach, dahi ,coconut water atleast 3-4 litre per day Eat simple home cooked meal green vegetables and fruits
