Medical certificate
I tested positive for Covid - 19 in a government hospital. But I didn't received any kind of documentation. But from my office they asking for any medical certificate. My parents already checked with the hospital but they didn't provided anything . Is there any way to get a medical certificate ?.

U can get ur covid swab test report from hospital that will helpful for ur fitness.collect ur negative covid report or they will give u in writing on their prescription as per rule
