I need a medical certificate to produce in my office for 3 months from 19/5/2017 till date. I had some personal problems and family health emergencies due to which I could not attend office. Kindly help.

Medical certificate for you without being sick ?
Don't you think it's illegal?
If you have had such problems, then explain it to them.
False and fabricated medical certificates won't help you.
If you are not interested in working then quit.
As simple as that.
Don't ask for such things here.
If you had all these troubles you could have informed them and worked something out or you could have just quit.
