Medical certificate
I have been unable to attend college in January due to research paper presentations and conferences. I need a medical certificate stating that I was unwell and unfit to attend college. It is only to show as proof to my teachers. Please help me.

I am quite sure any clinician who believes in ethical practice will take this post as offensive and outright derogatory . How did you even think that someone will issue you a fake certificate?
