Need medical certificate for driving license renewal. Both Hardcopy and Soft copy needed. Can this certificate be issued after a video call consultation. Format is available on parivahan saarthi website, need hardcopy to be sent urgently by Courrier, my location is Kandivali East. Pl let me know whom to contact and the cost for certificate
