My son is 2 yrs old and is suffering from fever(102 F) last night. Kindly advise me for his treatment. Dolopar-250 and Biotex-O 100 both medicine available at my home.  4 ml of Dolopar-250 gave him last night. After 5 hrs , fever raised 102 F

For exact dosage, it is best advised to know the weight of your child, however taking the average weight of a 2y old, it is advised to give 4ml every 6 hourly as 12am - 6am-12pm-6pm Do tepid sponging of the body using wet cloth esp trunk. Give syp ibuprofen (100mg/5ml)5ml at 2pm-10pm-7am Biotex o is an antibiotic…can you please elaborate what your child has apart from fever, so that i can tell if he requires the antibiotic or not?
