Asked for Male, 53 Years

I asked the question regarding becozinc capsule intake as a nutritional supplement few days back and I was advised by Dr. That you can take for 6 months. I would like to further know that if I take more than 6 months, it will cause any side effects. Any best substitute for becozinc capsule.please provide a descriptive feed back.

Any multivitamin tablets can be used for nutritional supplement. However it is adviced to not take it for longer periods as it might lead to toxic build up. Instead eat a healthy diet
