Hello Doctor, I have already taken Dedep Plus tablet (full tablet) for the past three days. After taking it, I feel very tired, fatigued, and have heaviness in my head throughout the day. I also feel dizziness sometimes and my sleep gets disturbed at night. Can I start taking only half a tablet daily at 7 PM from now on? Also, how long should I continue this medication to recover fully from anxiety or related symptoms?

Yes can take half tablet at night. After a week or two, you can take full tablet at night. Some side effects like insomnia can be there when tablet is started. Usually these side effects resolve within 7-10 days. It is important to take medications atleast for 6-9 months to reduce risk of relapse in the future. But you can discuss with your treating doctor about duration of treatment, as it varies from person to person.
