Dear Sir/Madam, I was feeding to my son And he is 6 months old but my breast milk is not enough to him I am using lactare granules powder still the milk is insufficient to my son kindly suggest me tablets to get sufficient milk Thanks

At this age,you need to give 1 solid meal and 5 milk feeds a day,including one top formula feed using a spoon and katori and rest your feeds. The two most important factors for good lactation are a good healthy balanced diet by you and regular suckling by your baby.
