Toficalm 50 mg tablet taken in morning and night for 1 week , I want to quit it since I started CBT  , does it require taper , i only took it for 1 week ,

Since Toficlarm 50 mg was taken only for 1 week, tapering is not required. You can safely stop it. If you notice any return of symptoms (anxiety, sleep issues), consult your psychiatrist. Continuing CBT is appropriate.
