Meal timings in GERD
Hi, I have been suffering from chronic gastritis since 1. 5 years now. While the gastritis is v less in severity since ~1 year now GERD persists remitting only after 3-4 week long courses of PPI+Pro kinetic drugs,  or ayurvedic medicines (Shankh Vati & Amlant) despite dieatery and lifestyle changes having been made. Due to living in a hostel preparing for NEET PG diet is difficult to have enough control over. I just wanted to ask if unflavored sugar free soy milk with preservative free museli with dry fruits is my breakfast 3-4 times a week is it a heavy breakfast to wait 4 hours for lunch or can I have meals as early as 11:30 - 12:15 if it's been 3 hours and my reflux is increasing while on the initial days of a PPI course. Thank you.
