Greetings. Single session of cream treatment may not be sufficient in all patients. You'll need to repeat treatment for one or two weeks. Also make sure all bedding and linen is washed well. Physical contact is not a contra indication if both are being treated but increases risk of cross infection if even one of you are still harbouring the mite.
