ME 12 OD taken for 1 month
For Vit b12 i took ME 12 OD for 1 month...is it enough for 1 month or should be taken for more time...????plz check the attachment

No need to continue further vit B12 supplementations. As I see your HbA1c is in pre diabetes range, so you need lifestyle modifications like weight reduction, avoid high carbohydrate diet, fatty diet and do regular exercise.

It should be taken for 2 months and later continued off an d on to maintain the B12 levels in the body.

B12 is still low in the attachment you provided… can consider injectable form of b12 as in some individuals oral absorption is not that good
