Mdr tb regieme and treatment
I am on a 2 yr mdr tb treatment from Rntcp and hopefully 16 months of treatment is completed but my problem is the drugs I intake which is (1000mg Levofloxacin) (1200mg Ethambutol) (750mg Cycloserine) and (750mg Ethioniamide) the issue I face is with ethioniamide after intake of this drug I loose the tendency to stand or talk and It also trigger extreme gastric pain and Optic neuritis these things dosen't happens with other drugs all drugs are well tolerated but as soon I take Ethioniamide these problems occurs and stays upto 4-5 hours, I just want if any doctors prescribe any alternative drug to ethioniamide since I'm a govt rntcp patient so all noodle centers are closed due to covid 19 and this type of help wont be possible at govt hospital so please help me.
