My nephew is behaving very oddly.He keeps shouting,talking,singing in a loud voice and keeps on repeating one word or a phrase over and over again,keeps on running around the house 24/7 without geting tired. He doesn't sleep either(day or night).His words doesn't make any sense. He moves from one train of thought to another that has no apparent connection to the first.
