Hey doc. , my brother constantly ignoring talk with me and other members of family . he didn't sharing any problems of him . didn't ans well . cry when asked forcefully . avoid food . over thinks in every minor things . is that any solution for this

First start making trust with himself.. And take him out... It may be any break down in his life... Don't start directly about his problems..just casual talk with him and feel comfortable... At least for 2-3 days..by t time he ll open up with his problem automatically...

May be he is caugt into any trouble, or some difference of opinion with some of his friends, etc., etc.,
IF he is not able to share with you all, please visit a Counsellor and give him the privacy to share his feelings, which would help him to come out of that particular issue.
