Masturbation
Should I do pranayama on the day I masturbate? Currently my routine is to masturbate once a month... I am a student... But when I do once a month... I get attached to some of my friends.. Not all.. One or 2..it does not mean people who r walking on the street I will get sexually attracted to them.. When I sit behind them on bike i get erection..if they touch me on sensitive place I get erection... When I used to masturbation once a week it was obvious I won't get feeling like that... Plus I know I am matured enough I won't get them for intercourse.. So I stay away from them.. N i am attracted more to girls too... I do pranayama.. Kapalbhati 15mins and anulom vilom15 mins n do savasana..when I sleep in night before sleep I do deep breathing for 5 to 7 mins ..n used to watch porn but it is has been 3 months I left that...but I never watched gay porn..What is ur opinion? Thanx

You can do Pranayam on the day you masturbate. There is no problem. Attraction and erections are also common and normal at this age. You masturbate as per your desire, it's is absolutely harmless. Problem is when you are obsessed with it and can't think of other things. It's good to avoid porn. That will keep your mind healthy. Be aware of your feelings and desire and be honest to self. It's ok to get attracted to any one. Dont judge yourself. Continue with your pranayaam and deep breathing relaxation.
