Masturbation and sex
I stopped masturbation. I am following celibacy or no gap for next 12 years. I turned vegan too. When I get urges I remember my goals n watch motivational videos. Plus I do yoga everyday. I get night fall yes but i hv promised to myself that i will not masturbate. I am on spiritual path n i follow swami vivekananda. Please give me some tips. Thanx
