Hi sir/madam...since a few months i had tried quitting porn and masturbation as it was an hindrance to my studies and education i could easily stop it for 23 days on the 24th day i got a wet dream even though i wasn't going through any sexual content and ended up masturbating 3 times following the wet dream the same morning...after that i tried to quit porn and masturbation but i am compelled somehow to end up watching porn and masturbate..please help me get rid of masturbation without having to get a wet dream and it is really annoying when there is wet dream which spoils the sleep..since few weeks i am unable to stop masturbating and this is affecting my studies negatively please provide me with some guidance and medicine to overcome porn addiction and masturbation
