Massive hair fall , scared of balding

Ever since I moved to bangalore from delhi, I've been suffering from massive hairfall. I've lost a lot of hair and tried using all sorts of oils and hair products too. Do you think when I'm back in delhi my hair would get back to what it used to be ?
