  4. Mass damaged. Was very emergency for me.

Before 3 days i met an small incident..my feet is swell and i concern to doctor and he is told me that your mass is damaged...and he ask me to take bed rest for 1 week...please tell me what can i do that my swelling is decrease in 2 days..it was very emergency for me..
