Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. She may be holding some emotional stress within her. Yes, she may need a counseling guidance to open up the issue. She may hesitate to talk to close family members. In such suitations, neutral person like relationships counselors can help. Arrange or convince for an online counseling session first as it would be easy and convenient for her to accept.. Feel free to reach me online for further evaluation and recommendation. Be positive. Hi Shwetha thanks for query, I appreciate your concern towards your cousin. 1.  I understand they might be going through difficult time, yes creating a bondage or better relationship is really a difficult task. 2. It might be some emotional distress (baggage) carried from few days back and there could be a reflection. 3. The perception she is having towards the marriage life. I think, if your cousin is ready to take the help of psychologist or marriage counselor, please approach them at the earliest. They can support and provide some insights to bring her to the counselor. Take care, stay positive..
Next Steps
You can approach me or any other counselor.
Health Tips
Whom she trust the most they can speak to her, know her emotions in general.. Not with regard to any specific things. Respect her individual space..
