Marital Decision Guidance,Prognosis
My wife is 24 years old. We got married on 5 March Within a week of marriage, she became extremely withdrawn, stopped interacting normally, appeared depressed, and attempted suicide by jumping from a first-floor balcony. She was admitted from 17 March  to 18 April  and was diagnosed with Acute and Transient Psychotic Disorder. She received medications and 6 ECT sessions. After discharge, she stayed with her parents for about a month. During that period, she reportedly deteriorated again, stopped eating and taking medications, and made a second suicide attempt. She was readmitted from 26 May  to 5 June. During the second admission, the diagnosis was revised to Major Depressive Disorder was added to her treatment. The records also mention possible long-standing social anxiety and possible borderline intellectual disability How much recovery is realistically possible in this case,  % recovery can reasonably be expected, and approximately how long would it take to reach maximum recovery?
