Hello Doctors,
.
I am very irritated with my current situation of scalp and face boils.
.
A year back I had started developing small small head boils. At that time I thought it was due to heat. But it started increasing. And also very painful.
In a Year's time it started spreading on my face. And it starts coming back at the same spot again.
I am tired of this, kindly help me how should I get rid of it and what kind of food should I eat and avoid aswell as even my food lifestyle is very unHealthy as I eat too much junk and too much sweets.
I used to do use medical shampoo daily and for a month I took microdox LBX doxycycline. But not fruitful as it kept coming back.
.
It's been more than a year and too much painfull.
Photos have been attached for reference. Please help.

Acne can be due to hormonal changes, lifestyle habits, stress, lack of sleep, excessive oil secretion by sebaceous glands and dietary habits.these can be treated effectively with oral and topical medications.comsult me online for further treatment
Looking at your pics it looks like acne grade 3 - pustular acne. You need to improve lifestyle since acne’s are mainly hormone related. You must avoid oily food, white carbs in your diet. Exersice helps to balance hormones. You need medicine that will reduce inflammation and also reduce sweat gland activity which will ultimately reduce acne.
Next Steps
I would suggest online consultation to know more history and then suggest proper treatment and required lifestyle modifications so it will help you for maintenance also.
