Very unlikely that u can get ur next period by Feb 2..
U can try pills from today but u need to take minimum 20days..and period can start anytime inspite of them..
Better rather wud b u go to gynec..get ur follicular scan done and monitor egg growth and time ur egg release around Feb first WK so that u can try conceiving when ur husband is here..
