Male strength issue
Dear doctor, I am having erection issues since about 1.5 year now. The strength of the shaft is less and unable to have an intercourse on most of the occasions. During hand stimulation it gets strong but not to the full but about 60% only. Also finding it difficult to reach climax during intercourse and always a hand stimulation for a long duration is required to feel satisfied. Kindly help if there is any good treatment for this problem with homeopathy. Also if possible please suggest some good medicine alternatives for Viagra that gives instant erection as an immediate help, I am a lot worried.
