Hello! There are many stages of male pattern baldness. One has to see what stage you are in before we tell you to take any form of treatment. Hair transplant is not suggested at such a young age as you may still be in the stage of progressive hair loss. To decrease the hair loss and to preserve the hair that you have there are medicines and procedures which can help you. Platelet rich plasma therapy is one such procedure.
