Male pattern balding, Dermatitis

I have problems of Male Pattern Baldness, Seborric Dermatitis on my scalp. I have a severe dandruff problem. Even if I don't shampoo for one day, I get painful pimples on my scalp. I was recently suggested by a hairstylist to use Loriel Aminoxil Treatment for my Hairfall Problem. Should I go for Aminoxil? Please help!
