  4. Male groin area pin. Please suggest!

Hi I am 38 male met with and small accident where my leg got twisted till my waist couple of months back after that constantly I am getting uncomfortable in groin area as well frequently getting burning pain in thigh and calf muscle sometime it radiates to toe.. my lumbar mri is fine.. hip screening is also coming normal but severe pain I am still experiencing.. please suggest
