Mahamanjistadi kwatha - stomach ache?
Hi,
I have been advised mahamanjishtadi kwath by an ayurvedic practitioner for back whitehead like pimples and rashes. As soon as i take it, the next day i have a lot of stomach ache that hampers my movements. I believe it is trapped gas on lower left side of my abdomen. Two or three days after i stop it, i start to feel better.
Is there something else that i can take? I suffer from vata and pitta grahani and disorder.
