Some time is ok..but Maggie not a supper or  healthy foods,  for good amount of breast milk u should choose good healthy diet.better way consult with nearest dietician/doctor..or eat healthy family oriented traditional foods.

I would not advise to eat anything which doesn’t have any nutritional value.. eat food which has good nutrition to support your lactating phase

Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 20-30 min a day, Time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities.
