M suffering from itching during fever

Hi everyone i recently suffered from basic fever symptoms cz of weather change ,have faced pain in whole body and when i was about to get free from fever after treatment i got itchiness problem in whole body...i have never faced such situation before...i want to know why did this happen to me n how can i get rid of it..please guide me what should i do
