Lymphocytes showing 16.6 L

Asked for Male, 37 Years

I am down with viral fever cold and tightness in chest. When I went to hospital, doctor ordered me for CBC test . In test report shows every thing normal expect these two are low in range Lymphocytes 16.6 L Eosinophils 0.3 L Is it serious can anyone suggest me
