Hi, I recently did my complete body checkup. I have Gilbert syndrome from 1 year. Deficiency of B12 also. ( Taking injection ) In recent test my lymphocytes count is 46. Is this an issue ? I am experiencing joints pain from 5-6 days. I shown to physician recently & taking Antibiotics + T.montus + Dolopar but my joints pain is not reducing. It fluctuates from elbow , shoulders & knee. I feely knee also have became weak & unable to walk like I did before. Is this because any inflammation in my body?

Yes it could be due to inflammation caused by B12 injection at the injection site . You can take anti inflammatory meds for the pain & inflammation at injection site , for Gilbert’s syndrome get your LFT done regularly
