My mother is a breast cancer patient with left side removal. Due to which her left arm is swollen for past 20years. In recent past, her full hand from shoulder to fingers have significantly swollen to 9inch of diameter of upper arm and is slowly catching infection.
How to get rid of this swollen in hand ?
