Lymph nodes TB
My mother suffering from lymph nodes since two years after usg supraclavicular lymph nodes  measuring 10×7 mm and 17×6 mm noted. Histopathology: Granulomatous lymphadenitis. Afb stain negative. But doctors told is is TB. My mother is diabetic since two and half years. One doctor told about removal of nodes and after histopathology and decide whether it is tb or not. What is ur opinion please suggest
