I am 26 year old male with weight 70kg .I was diagnosed with lymph node TB 3 months ago and I have been taking r cinex 600(before breakfast) combutol 800 levoflox 750 and benadon 40(after breakfast)
1)Is the drug combination right to treat tb.My health has improved after taking these medications but I don't know why doctor didn't give me pyrazinamide.Can I develop drug resistant tb because of lack of pyrazinamide.
2)I feel dizziness and sick all the time(though my temp remains below 99 ),is it a normal side effect?

Lack of pyrazinamide doesn’t promote development of drug resistance. Irregular treatment, improper dosing and timing does.
