Asked for Male, 33 Years

Please find the attached usg report of Neck & current picture of affected area back of neck . By visual appearance what could be suspected? Is it serious threatening HL & NHL ? . PLZ conclude. Due to the lockdown I am unable to attend FANAC. Please be note the swelling is persist from November-19 which is Painless, Soft, mobile. No symtoms of fever & weight loss. Had taken antibiotics. I have some dental problems like bad smell in mouth , gum bleeding rarely .

It's very difficult to suspect on visuals Kindly don't get panic Kindly don't do net surfing As per USG, It could be a simple lipoma as well Doesn't appears to be HL/NHL or TB Also u don't have symptoms w.r.t these conditions If it's painful then take painkillers After lock down, meet nearby doctor Thanks
